ISO Land Lease (Onondaga County)

My name is Brandy and I am currently looking to obtain a land lease to essentially homestead on.
I aspire to convert a bus into a tiny home and need to make arrangements to begin this process.
I am a resident of Onondaga county who is currently rehabilitating and rebuilding her life.
With the nicer weather approaching, it's time to put the next (intermediate) goal into action.
I'm looking for a more private and preferably wooded area.
Electric and water hook ups are not necessary, but are always a plus, as well as running water creek or stream.
I have elaborate plans, knowledge and skills already, as well as time scheduled to be invested into this project in higher education credits.
This could be a land lease of anywhere from 90 to a year, ideally with the states weather pattern I was would be happy with a 6 month lease.
This for the time being would be for a single occupant.
I anticipate adopting a dog in the future.
I work and I am a student.
Willing to consider cash and work option terms to pay for leasing such space.
The bus itself will be under construction during the 6 month period and will not be the means of transportation so feel it important to mention as of right now my means of transportation are a bicycle and the public bus route, but a vehicle will come into play and will need parking and ease of access to homesteading site via additional auto.
