*Minds in Motion Instructor Responsibilities:*
* Receiving shipped supplies and transporting them to said location.
* Planning, preparing, and implementing learning materials and supplies, with a curriculum that is provided for project-based learning.
* Overseeing lesson plans and conducting hands on activities that focus on developing children's STEM knowledge and skills.
* Interacting with children to provide guidance, emotional support, and motivation to complete tasks.
* Maintaining an organized and clean classroom environment and ensuring students conduct themselves appropriately.
* Ensuring that all school rules, policies, and guidelines are adhered to in the classroom.
* Returning remaining supplies to the company as instructed.
*Minds in Motion Instructor Requirements:*
* A bachelor's degree or pursuing one in teaching, elementary education, special education, early childhood education, or a similar field preferable.
* A minimum of 1 year experience working as a teacher, teaching assistant, or a similar role.
* The ability to foster a fun and safe environment conducive to learning.
* Classroom management skills and strong knowledge of child behavior and learning patterns.
* Ability to work with children and remain friendly, calm, and patient at all times.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Instructional strategies and the ability to set rules and guidelines for children to follow.
* Solid organizational skills and ability to maintain a tidy and neat classroom.
