Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Infant Teacher to join our team.
As a Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and educational environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive curriculum
- Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development
Experience:
- Previous experience in childhood development or related fields such as special education, childcare, babysitting, preschool teaching, nannying, or toddler care is preferred
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to different learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young
- Have CDA or be willing to get a CDA
